Yes, you can delete trips that don’t belong in the calculations, such as when you were not the driver or the trip is incorrect/incomplete. You have 48 hours to delete a car trip from the app; after that, it is automatically approved. This is done so you don’t always have to open the app to approve trips. However, after 48 hours, you can still report the trip.
How do I report a trip?
Tap the large score bubble on the home screen of the app.
There you will see all your trips. Select the trip you want to report.
Tap “Send trip for review” in the top right corner.
Choose the option that best fits the report.
Select ‘’Report Trip’’
Will I be penalized for deleting/reporting multiple trips?
If you delete/report an unusually high number of your trips, we may contact you to find out why, so we can improve our service.
