You can report an accident easily through the Verna app. There you can send us pictures, a description of the accident, location, and more. Once you have signed the accident report, it will be sent to us 🙌 You can also send the accident report the old-fashioned way using the accident report form in your car and send us a copy/photo of it.
How to report an accident in the app:
Tap the small box labeled "Claims" on the app’s home screen.
Tap "Fill out report" and follow the app’s accident reporting process.
If the app is giving you trouble, it’s best to contact Assistance and Safety at 578-9090, who can come to the scene and help you complete the accident report.
If someone is injured, you must always call 112 and get the police on-site.
