In order to be able to request reimbursement for trips from your employer, two conditions must be met: first, the employee’s employment agreement must include provisions for such reimbursements, and second, the reimbursements must meet the conditions set by RSK, which can be read about here. Commuting to and from work is usually not reimbursable, but most other work-related trips are.
