The app evaluates the quality of the data behind each car trip. If the quality or quantity of the data is insufficient, the app will not display those trips.
Any of these issues could cause your trip not to appear:
🚙 Very short trips are sometimes not included. The app takes a moment to distinguish whether you are walking or driving. If the trip ends before the app can make this distinction, the trip will not be entered.
🗺️ The GPS connection wasn’t strong enough during the trip. The quality of the data must be over 82.5% for the trip to count. This is done so that poor-quality data does not negatively affect your driving score.
🪫 Low battery: If your phone is running low on battery, the app will stop tracking your trips to conserve power.
🛳️ Misclassification: The app is always trying to estimate whether you’re driving, cycling, flying, or doing something else. Sometimes it gets confused and misclassifies the activity.
Here you can see how to report a trip you think is wrong.
